Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for public relations management of government and the mass media, including formulate Management System of Public Relations and Activities Plan, support related departments to transact documents with government.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for public relations management for both internal and external affairs and the set up of public relations crisis management procedures and execution after approval.
Communicate with CNOOC headquarters frequently regarding the company policies and procedures
Create and maintain mutual and good relations with semi-official organizations, administrative organizations, top management personnel from superior department in charge
Collecting policies information and external opinions on the corporate
Establish clear communications with the departments
Offer support to other departments with their transaction of documents, such as registration, investment and construction permissions
Select and update related law, legislations and policies
Responsible for programming, execution of public relations, publications affairs and group activities
Establish and maintain public relations database; update partnerships and management network
Establish good relations with print media, electronic media, network media and television media
Other duties assigned by the Line Manager
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree or above public relations , sociology , international relations, administration, Human Resource Management, English or equivalent
Five or more years working experience
Good understanding of International relations of politics and economics
Familiarity with working with local government
Familiarity with publication channels of all kinds of media
Good familiarity of sustainable development of the environment society
Knowledge of the oil and the gas industry
