Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists

The Uganda Episcopal Conference is the legal body of the Catholic Hierarchy in Uganda .
Requirements
• Degree in Social Sciences , Statistics , Economics , Public Policy or relevant subject ;
• Training in monitoring and evaluation and/or project planning and management .
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project planning and management , project monitoring and evaluation and other relevant fields and senior level coordination of consortium development programs
Responsibilities
• Monitoring , evaluation and reporting on partiners projects progress to ensure that the necessary set standards and indicators are met and to provide M&E technical support to all the program partiner organizations
• S/he will also work closely with Caritus Uganda Advocacy Specialist on transforming the monitoring data into evidence for advocacy , prepare and conduct special studies when necessary
• The M&E specialist will also be responsible for the management of the web-based M&E data base ensuring that quality data is entered and analyzed for advocacy engagements, in addition to harmonizing all partiners reports for the consumption of Caritus Denmark.
