Requirements
• Oversees organizational development and capacity strengthening strategies for civil society and community -based organizations.
• Designs and conducts assessments of program grantees and partners to determine organizational and capacity strengthening needs .
• Develops detailed training curricula , tools and supporting materials for specific organizational development needs and ensures that curricula support all program technical all program technical objectives.
• Provides technical assistance in a way in that promotes the adaption and sustainable use of tools and approaches the adaption and sustainable use of tools and approaches
• Authorization to work in Uganda is required.
