Job Title: Quality Assurance Trainee

Qualifications
• Honors Bachelors Degree in Industrial Microbiology or Food Science and Technology from a recognized University
• Prior experience in Quality Assurance is an added advantage
• Must have knowledge in Occupational Health and safety policies and procedures in a Foods and Beverages plant environment
• Contribute to self and team development
• High integrity and attention to detail
Responsibilities
• Analyze a wide range of samples
• Hands on Training in the laboratory
• Hands on training and support to Brewing , Packaging and Utilizes departments
• Compile and present reports
• Communicate and give regular feed back to all stake holders.
