Management Sciences for Health is an International non-profit , public health organization with headquarters in USA.
Responsibilities
• Develop new applications from beginning to end .
• Intergrate Laboratory information into DHIS2
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture for CPHL
• Gather user requirements and develop data bases
• Develop documentation , train users and super users and set up helpdek
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimun 5 years experience in design and development of applications and databases
• Experience in gathering user requirements and information analysis
• Able to collaborate and communicate at a senior level with the other government and donor entities and develop policies
• Ability to apply technical standards , principals , theories and techniques
