Job Title: Country Sales & Marketing Manager
The Century Bottling Company Limited is seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
• Providing leadership and direction to the Sales & Marketing function of the Ugandan bottling operation ensuring that the goals of the business are achieved .
• Drive Country sales & Marketing team to deliver the annual S&M plan.
• Build strategic and close relationships with KO stakeholders
• Drive Red Print and deliver RP learning weeks in Uganda
Qualifications
• The successful candidate must have a Post Graduate qualification in Sales and Marketing (MBA-advantage)
• 10-15 years operational experience in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles , inclusive of experience in merging markets, 5 years Managerial experience in FMCG or bottling experience would be preferred
• The successful candidate must have good knowledge of selling and distribution models within the FMGCG industry
• High degree of integrity and flexibility
• Must be willing to travel.
