Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader
The Century Bottling Company Limited is seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the vacant position above.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for adequate production to meet demand and achieve production efficiencies in line with company standards.
• Achieve raw material yields particulary on crowns Carbon dioxide (CO2)
• Document and implement all daily , weekly and monthly production records in line with our Coca Cola Requirements (KORE), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and MDWT requirements .
• Ensure the line starts on time and with minimal rejects , run effictiently and close down with minimal rejects while optimizing output.
Qualifications
• Degree in Mechanical , Electrical or Production Engineering .
• At least 3 years experience in industrial mechanical work preferably an FMCG.
• Must possess good analytical ability and problem solving skills , with a proactive attitude .
• Must be strong team player possessing a high degree of integrity, flexibility, honesty and ability to work under minimum supervision .
