Job Title : Accounts Officer
CARE International in Uganda works with others to make a sustainable improvement in the lives of the very poor .
Core Roles
• Data Entry in the cash Management and Accounting Receivable modules of People soft
• Cheque preparation /CITI direct payment and disbursements in a proper and timely manner
• Proper and timely recording of receipts and timely banking
• Filling all financial documents , records and communications on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness
Specifications
• A Bachelors degree in Accounting , Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• ACCA/CPA Level 1 will be an added advantage
• Experience in working in NGO an added advantage
• Computer Knowledge (word processing and spreadsheets)
• Willingness to Learn at all times
