Uganda Development Bank Limited is seeking to employ qualified suitable applicants for the vacant post above.Major Duties
• Research and recommend innovations , and where possible automated approaches.
• Assist with technology planning through ongoing research.
• Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner.
• Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name , department , contact, information and nature of problem or issue.
Qualifications
• Honors Degree BSC or equivalent
• Systems and database administration/engineer certification in Unix, cisco or Microsoft.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position.
