• Advanced degree with at least 15 years of experience .
• Proven leadership in management of large , complex projects, preferably with USAID, and in malaria.
• Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas;
• Case management (diagnostics and treatment ), malaria in pregnancy ,
• Insectcide-treated nets, antenatal care services ,
• Capacity building , monitoring and evaluation.
