Job Description:
Busitema University is recruiting qualified candidates to fill the vacant position of Gender Officer
Roles:
• To coordinate the University’s wide gender mainstreaming activities and provide administrative support to the gender unit.
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Masters Degree in any of the following ; Gender Studies, Sociology , Development Studies or Psychology from a recognized institution .
• A postgraduate qualifications in Project Planning and Management or its equivalent will be an added advantage
• Working experience of at least three years in the relevant area in a reputable organization /institution.
• Computer knowledge of standard desktop applications is a requirement of standard desktop applications is a requirement .
