WWF is one of the world’s largest independent and experienced Conservation organizations operating in over 100 Countries in the world. WWF UCO implements a number of national programmes promoting environment conservation in Uganda.
WWF Uganda is seeking for experienced and talented professionals to handle their Monitoring & Evaluation and Partnership & External Relations functions.
The PERO will support and promote WWF Uganda’s Vision and Objectives, by developing and maintaining effective, purposeful and relevant partnerships. They will internally work closely with the Uganda Fundraising and Partnership team, and externally with National Government Institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations, Academic Institutions, the Media, Donors, Specialists Consultants, and other stakeholders.
The candidate should posses a Degree in Business Management, Development Studies or related fields; a proven record in successfully managing inter-institutional relations, preferably in the development field; and at least 5 years of professional experience in an inter-institutional relationship management. Excellent understanding of development partnerships, donor strategies and International relations will be required.
The position will report to the Fundraising & Partnership Manager and will be based in Kampala.
