Role definition
• To
safeguard Baylor Uganda properties and provide administrative support to all
departments and the office of the ED once in a while in accordance with Baylor
Uganda policies and procedures
Specifications
• A
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related course or any degree oriented towards
Administration and post graduate diploma in management will be an added
advantage
• The job
holder will have at least 3 years relevant working experience in general office
administration
• Should
have ability to handle executive or high profile visitors ; organize travel
arrangements hotel reservations, visa processing for the Executive Director ,
international visitors /partiners, prepare agendas and schedules for meeting
workshops , events and appointments for a top manger
•
Knowledge of computer literacy in programs such as micro soft outlook , micro
soft word , micro soft excel and micro soft power point
