Job Title Sales Team Coordinator
A whole sale pharmacy importing and distributing high quality pharmaceutical and health care products is willing to recruit a highly motivated and enterprising individual to lead a vibrant team of medical sales representatives.

City / Location: Kampala
Minimum degree: Bachelors degree
Closing date: August 30, 2013 - 5pm
His duties and responsibilities shall be not exclusively to:
Plan, organize, direct and control sales staff to meet set objectives.
Train and review performance of the sales team
Offer coaching, motivation, counseling, advice and all necessary support to the sales team
The successful individual will have the following attributes:
A science degree from a recognized university
A good understanding of the pharmaceutical sector sector and the challenges faced by the market
Ability to forge strong relationship in a commercial environment
Good time management skills and ability to priorities’ tasks
